When you kill any of the monsters it lists to get the kaisinel, when you loot that item is gives you something else not the Kaisinel.
This in turn bugs the Mark of Vengence quest also and there are no krall marks found in the loot either.
Note: when looting rings or earrings it does this same thing. Gives you something other than it you tried to get out of the loot.

I've noticed this in theobomus as well at the Calyadon area...recipes that are in the loot show up in inventory as something else.
