The boss (ID 212878) or also known as Chalice Guard Denlavis cannot be looted from Asmo side. I'm not sure from Elyos side...

Also checking the droplist I'm not sure if he will drop the quest item "Old parchment" (182204013) for the quest "A captive flame"
