Because of a small bug within the installer of the launcher you can't change the installation directory. Even if you do this the launcher will be installed in the default location.

For those who face this problem because they have installed AION in a different location you just go to your C:\Program Files\NCSoft\AION\...

Just copy all files from that directory to the location where you installed your own copy of AION.

The shortcut on your desktop you can just delete and make a new one from the perfect aion launcher in your own aion folder (this can more complicated but why do that ? Smile )
