All parts of this quest work fine until you get to the final task. Once you arrive in Iggnison after boarding the battle ship it tells you to go talk to Outremus however you are unable to talk to him. All of my characters who completed this quest previously are able to speak with him, it is only my characters who still have the quest. I have tried relogging/rebooting aion and unfortunately still end up with the same result.

Please give a more detailed explanation as how to reproduce, where is it located, what happens, what is the actual problem, etc... Thank you.

Also try to retest the quest now after the updates I have done.
